About NexGen Remodeling

NexGen Remodeling & Building Inc. ("NexGen," "we," "us") is a licensed exterior remodeling company specializing in artificial turf, pavers, outdoor lighting, and complete backyard transformations. We serve homeowners across Southern California including Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Orange County, and Santa Clarita.

Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are free and provided with no obligation
• Estimates are based on information available at the time of the consultation
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes
• The cost calculator on our website provides rough estimates for educational purposes only and does not constitute a formal quote
• A signed contract is required before any work begins

Our Services

We provide exterior remodeling services including:

• Artificial turf installation
• Paver patios, driveways, and walkways
• Outdoor lighting design and installation
• Complete backyard design and construction

All work is performed by licensed professionals and/or supervised subcontractors.

Warranty

NexGen Remodeling provides a 2-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This covers defects in installation and labor. Manufacturer warranties on materials (turf, pavers, lighting fixtures) are separate and vary by product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract
• A deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• We accept checks, bank transfers, and major credit cards
